7-Day Return & Exchange Window
Important Note: All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order and provide your order details along with clear product images.
Non-Returnable Items

Return & Exchange Process
To request a return or exchange within your 7-day eligibility period:

- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the item to the address provided by our support team
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
