Ossoria is a sub-brand of Amya Nature. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
